Maybe you inherited it, bought it years ago, or you are tired of paying taxes on land you will never build on. Tell us the parcel number (APN), county and state. We research the parcel, Jerry Kelly reviews it, and if it fits we make an offer and close through a title company.
How selling works →Builders & developers
Give us your criteria — target price per lot, minimum lot size, market or county, and site requirements such as utilities, access, road frontage and zoning. We go find matching parcels, and we can supply lots on a recurring basis rather than one at a time.
How lot sourcing works →We add markets as builder demand changes. If your parcel is outside these states, it is still worth asking.
