Who we are

Your Vacant Land Buyer LLC is a land acquisition company based in Mesa, Arizona. The business is owner-operated by Jerry Kelly, Owner. Jerry reviews every parcel personally, makes the offers, and stays on the file through closing. There is no call center and no rotating cast of representatives.

Where we operate

We currently buy in Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and Texas. Our office is in Mesa, and we work these markets remotely with county records, mapping data, local title companies and, where needed, boots on the ground.

How we work

Most of what we buy is vacant residential land: infill lots inside a subdivision, small acreage on the edge of a growing town, and single lots that owners have held for years. We research title, zoning, access and utilities before we make an offer, and we close through a licensed title company so both sides have a clean record of the transaction.

On the other side of the business, we work with homebuilders and developers who need a steady supply of lots that fit their specific criteria. When we know what a builder needs, we can look for it deliberately instead of hoping it turns up.
